Intelligent fluid management for heavy fleets

Challenge

During the opening of its new branch in Lajeado, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasdiesel—a Scania dealership specializing in truck maintenance—initially approached us for a quote on a Truck-style paint booth and preparation area. During discussions, the team expressed the need to also modernize the new facility's oil and grease supply system, seeking a more efficient, safe, and controlled solution.

What was done

Leveraging our partnership with Flexbimec, we delivered a complete and integrated solution for Brasdiesel's new structure, consisting of:

Oil and grease piping system connected to two service totems with automatic rewinding spools and nozzles with digital meters, ensuring accurate filling.
Special Power Bull pumps, responsible for feeding the oil line.
Stationary grease kit with 50:1 grease booster for heavy-duty operations.
Water supply system, using Easy Roller hose reels, with automatic rewinding.
Fluid Keeper digital system, responsible for monitoring and recording the total amount of fluid dispensed during each maintenance operation, reducing losses and improving control of inputs.

We also implemented the Truck paint booth and preparation area as per the initial design. The result was a more efficient, technologically advanced operation, equipped to meet the high standards of the Scania brand.
