A WEG de Jaraguá do Sul/SC nos procurou com a necessidade de implantar uma cabine de grande porte apta para receber as peças pelo sistema de ponte rolante já existente. Além isso, a cabine precisaria garantir os padrões de acabamento exigidos pela multinacional, assim como seguir as normas ambientais.
What was done
The proposed design utilized generous dimensions to accommodate the large equipment and also to promote free movement for the painter. Due to its unique design, the booth features a supply and exhaust system that promotes downdraft airflow, directing overspray to the filtration system located in the floor and pipes, which in turn neutralizes harmful particles, returning clean air to the environment. The front and upper doors have automatic opening systems, facilitating the use of the overhead crane and the transport of parts.
