ZEN, a leader in the segment and present in some of the largest factories in the furniture sector, faced the need to expand its industrial plant. The challenge included creating a production cell dedicated to a product line that demands a high level of finishing and productivity, as well as anticipating future infrastructure expansions.
What was done
With expertise in painting solutions, we delivered a complete and highly efficient project. The solution included:
- Paint room and cleaning room;
- Pressurization system with extended tank block cabin;
- Flash-off room, electric oven, and sanding booth.
