ArpiAspersul Group launches its new line of BLOCKO® cabins at the Fimma Fair

From August 28 to 31, the ArpiAspersul Group participated in the 35th edition of Fimma Brasil, one of the largest furniture fairs in Latin America, held in Bento Gonçalves, Rio Grande do Sul. The fair brings together exhibitors of machinery, tools, hardware, raw materials, technology, paints, accessories, packaging, and other segments serving the furniture industry, offering a unique opportunity to do good business.

On this occasion, the ArpiAspersul Group launched its most innovative project: the new line of BLOCKO® cabinsAfter nearly two years of research and development, BLOCKO® has arrived with features that revolutionize the traditional dry and wet filtration booth model. Under the motto "The future of painting is modular," BLOCKO® is already revealing one of its major benefits: its new construction model. Modular is well-known in several industries, particularly in the automotive industry, but it's still new to paint booth manufacturing.

The launch on the 28th was presented by the Directors of the ArpiAspersul Group, Renato Valcarengh Nunes and Ezequiel Nieto; by the Engineering and R&D manager, Maurício Zolet Barazzetti and by the Marketing manager, Daiane De Gasperi, who revealed the many benefits of the BLOCKO® line.

The launch has already generated sales of over R$1,450,000.00 during the Fimma Fair. Learn more about the BLOCKO® line.

MODULAR CONCEPT

Modularity is a well-known construction concept in various industries. The BLOCKO® line uses a single chassis to build the models. This means they can be configured for dry or wet filtration. It's also possible to choose double or triple filtration surfaces, as well as the ideal width and feed rate to create the best format for the customer's needs. This allows for future modular upgrades as needed.

The modular design takes shape using a series of profiles and the Isoplate® panel. The BLOCKO® line design and its modularization tools have nine patents pending. Learn more about these materials below.

NEW MATERIALS

Isoplate® Panels

The entire closing structure of the BLOCKO® cabins is made of Isoplate® panels.
This is a patented evolution of panel technology used in the road equipment industry. They are manufactured using an extrusion process and feature fittings that provide perfect sealing and insulation. Their composition makes them self-extinguishing, meaning they do not spread flames, according to the UL-94 flammability classification standard.

Isoplate® has undergone several processes that have proven its chemical resistance, UV aging resistance, and impact resistance. All tested and proven to be superior to current materials on the market, such as galvanized sheets and EPS panels.

Aluminum Profiles

Found in the modular chassis, structural and support profiles, the BLOCKO® line uses ABNT 6063-T6 alloy profiles. Lightness is one of the main characteristics of aluminum, combined with its high corrosion resistance and sustainability.

BENEFITS OF RESULTS

Through testing the construction model and a series of improvements to various items, it was possible to list the most significant results that customers will soon notice with the BLOCKO® line.
