Company employees experienced a bit of the clients' work routine
On Monday morning (March 18th), employees of Arply Filters and Painting Equipment, a company of the ArpiAspersul Group, participated in training on the sale of Arply abrasives. The training covered theoretical issues such as the Mohs scale, which calculates the hardness of abrasives, recommended materials, and usage techniques.
During the second part of the training, the group of Arply employees participated in a hands-on lesson on handling and using the brand's Pneumatic Sander, compatible with various types of abrasives available in the Arply portfolio. The employees took advantage of the training to experience the realities of their customers' work, fostering even greater empathy for the sales process.
For Arply Sales Consultant Mariana Lima, this type of activity influences sales to the end consumer. She highlights: "When we put ourselves in our customer's shoes, we begin to understand their real needs and further improve our service."
Discover abrasives
Abrasives are highly granulated sandpaper used to polish, clean, and abrade various materials. The hardness of abrasives—their ability to scratch other materials—is defined according to the Mohs scale, created in 1812 by German mineralogist Friedrich Mohs.
With technological advances, abrasives are becoming increasingly sophisticated and are used on all types of surfaces. The abrasives available in the Arply product portfolio are compatible with this modern equipment and are perfect for a variety of applications, including automotive, wood, paneling, and painted surfaces.
