Stationary booth for protective painting
Robustness, quality and adaptability to improve the painting process.

Challenge

WEG in Jaraguá do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, approached us with the need to install a large cabin capable of receiving parts via an existing overhead crane system. Furthermore, the cabin would need to meet the multinational's required finish standards and comply with environmental regulations.

What was done

The proposed design utilized generous dimensions to accommodate the large equipment and also to promote free movement for the painter. Due to its unique design, the booth features a supply and exhaust system that promotes downdraft airflow, directing overspray to the filtration system located in the floor and pipes, which in turn neutralizes harmful particles, returning clean air to the environment. The front and upper doors have automatic opening systems, facilitating the use of the overhead crane and the transport of parts.
