Filtration systems, the Airmix® system, and knowledge about paints and their applications were some of the training courses held in June and July for the ArpiAspersul Group team.
With a schedule of topics based on a framework of basic and advanced knowledge, training for the ArpiAspersul Group team is held monthly. In 2021, we are offering two to four training sessions per month. The topics are diverse, from product to basic knowledge. The first objective is to keep everyone constantly learning; the second is to level the technical and commercial level of the team and, of course, to strive for constant evolution.
The speakers are mainly from our internal team, to enhance the knowledge acquired throughout their professional career and spread it to the teams, valuing the experience of each speaker.

About the Academy:
The name of the ArpiAspersul Group project responsible for coordinating, editing, and launching training programs for the group's employees. Launched in 2019 during a series of training courses for assemblers, Academy is now the signature of this dissemination of knowledge in vacuuming and painting.
New for 2021 is the recording of training sessions to make them available for everyone to access and revisit.
