THE Koria, a leader in solutions for the industrial painting market, participates in 11th edition of ForMóbile, the main furniture industry trade fair in Latin America. The event will be held between June 30th and July 3rd at São Paulo Expo, in São Paulo (SP), bringing together more than 550 exhibiting brands in an area of 60,000 m², with an expected attendance of over 50,000 visitors from all over Brazil and abroad.
Recognized for offering the largest ecosystem of painting solutions in the country, Koria is using the trade show to present a sample of its extensive portfolio to the furniture market, reinforcing its position as a benchmark in equipment, technologies, accessories, and projects geared towards the segment. The participation also marks the presentation of new applications and innovations developed to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency in finishing processes.
Among the highlights of the booth is a practical demonstration of a complete painting process. Throughout the four days of the event, visitors will be able to follow applications performed in real time, reproducing steps present in the daily operations of medium and large-sized furniture industries. The program includes a pressurized paint booth, a dry booth, a wet booth, a sanding booth, advanced electrostatic spraying systems, and technologies focused on automation.
One of the key differentiators will be the operation of a painting robot applying water-based paints, demonstrating gains in standardization, productivity, and quality. The booth will also feature applications of lacquers and varnishes, as well as UV LED curing technology, capable of significantly accelerating production processes.
The program also includes activities carried out in partnership with major paint manufacturers in the market. Sayerlack, Tecbril, Montana, and Lechler IVE are among the brands present throughout the fair.
According to Alcidene Cardoso, Innovation and Applications Manager at Koria, the goal is to allow the public to observe real painting processes and learn about different finishing options for the furniture industry. “We always seek to increase synergy with key partners, providing space for practical, real-time painting demonstrations, showcasing the versatility of paints and spraying equipment, with effective simulation of a real process. Each partner will be present on one of the days, focusing more in-depth on a specific product or finish, offering the public the unique experience of freely simulating various possibilities,” she explains.
Another highlight will be the launch of the partnership with Virtus, a renowned European brand specializing in cutting-edge polishing technology. In addition to the polishing compound, the new product offers a broad ecosystem of solutions aimed at achieving high-standard finishes, providing productivity gains, reduced operating time, and the elimination of marks and holograms.
The presence of the Danish brand Wood Repair is also highly anticipated, as they are a benchmark in quick repairs using sandpaper, special resins, and applicators designed for this purpose.
For Alessandro Diebold, commercial manager of Machines for the furniture segment at Koria, participation reinforces the positioning built by the company over the years. “We want to show the market the strength of our ecosystem of solutions and how technology can transform painting processes.
