Koria welcomes 2026 with a World Cup-themed event.

On February 19th, Koria held a special welcome event for its employees, themed around the World Cup, complete with the distribution of badges simulating medals, a cheering atmosphere, and a collective feeling of "we're starting the year together.".

The meeting took place in two parts: at the company's factory, at its headquarters in Caxias do Sul, and at its subsidiary in Araras, São Paulo. The goal of the event was not only to welcome everyone in a cheerful manner, but also to present the new developments and directions that will guide Koria in 2026.

One of the big announcements of the day was the launch of the internal program "Our Koria Way," which now encompasses all actions and strategies focused on the company's internal marketing. The initiative aims to strengthen the company's culture, internal communication, and, most importantly, the way Koria wants to operate in 2026.

Based on this idea, Koria's three main values were presented in a session led by directors Renato Valcarengh Nunes and Ezequiel Nieto:

  • People who add up
  • Dynamism
  • Our client

The 3 values that will guide Koria in 2026

"People who add value" means having people in the company who learn and teach at the same time. People who take responsibility, respect the team's principles, and contribute with honesty and a positive attitude.

Dynamism means always striving for the best version of yourself, your processes, and your solutions. It means being open to listening, learning, and doing things differently when necessary.

And our client, as the name itself suggests, reinforces the value placed on all companies that trust in Koria's work. This is where a phrase that resonated throughout the event comes in and perfectly summarizes this value: "Once our client, always our client.".

Orange Blood Selection: employees take the field for 2026

To make the theme even more vivid, all the employees were wearing the "Orange Blood Selection" t-shirt, the name chosen to represent the Koria team in 2026. The atmosphere was as if each person had truly been "called up" for an important season.

At the end of the ceremony in Caxias do Sul came one of the most symbolic moments of the day: the presentation of name tags, shown as medals, which was a fun way to acknowledge that, at Koria, everyone already enters the field as a champion.

Sticker album: a whole year of achievements to collect

Another highlight was the World Cup-style sticker album, created especially for the event. Each employee received a personalized album of the Orange Blood Selection, and the idea is that this material will be built up throughout the year.

It will hold stickers representing special moments shared together, recording achievements, milestones, and stories that help the company reach its goals and objectives by the end of 2026.
