Innovation for the automotive sector: Rio Grande do Sul group designs exclusive UV LED curing technology for the global market

The new version of the Fast Curing System is being launched at the world's largest automotive show

Investors, entrepreneurs, and visitors attending the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, will be the first to learn about the new version of the Fast Curing System, a technology originally created by Doxa Technologies, one of the ArpiAspersul Group companies. The technology, which cures materials in seconds, will be distributed worldwide by the Dutch brands Colad and Tander of the EMM Group. SEMA, the world's largest automotive trade show, takes place from November 5th to 8th at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Visitors can learn more about the technology at booth #11113.

Through a joint venture agreement, companies from Brazil and the Netherlands have become strong partners in innovation in the international market. For just over a year, Doxa, Colad, and Tander have been refining the equipment's technology and design, ultimately achieving its final version. The product will be launched under the name "the most powerful UV curing lamp," with worldwide distribution expected to begin in 2020.

For the Commercial Director of the ArpiAspersul Group, Renato Valcarengh Nunes, the goal is to disseminate the technology worldwide on a large scale. He reports: "Colad has strong representation in more than 130 countries. This partnership promises to spread our technology, and the goal is to be a global leader in this offering," says the Director, who envisioned the potential beyond Brazil and took the technology to be presented in Europe.

The new version of the Fast Curing System was developed exclusively for the automotive sector. The system also has other versions that serve niche industries, such as the furniture sector, which will continue to be produced and distributed by the ArpiAspersul Group in production lines and special projects.

Glued in the World

For about a year, the ArpiAspersul Group companies have been the exclusive distributors of the brand's products in Brazil. The Colad and Tander brands are part of the Dutch EMM group and develop products for industrial painting, automotive, and furniture applications, among other sectors. In addition to Brazil, the brands have distribution coverage in 130 countries, including Germany, the United States, Mexico, Russia, and Japan, among others.
