ArpiAspersul Group shares knowledge and innovation in workshop

Innovation and new technologies for the automotive and furniture sectors are on the agenda in Paraná.

The Caxias-based ArpiAspersul Group once again became a benchmark for the painting industry outside the state. The Group visited the city of Arapongas in Paraná and shared innovations in painting and vacuuming solutions with approximately 40 business owners, investors, and students from the city.

The High-Performance Technologies workshop, offered by the ArpiAspersul Group, focuses on innovations and new technologies for the automotive and furniture sectors. The workshop program, which runs from morning to late afternoon, covers topics such as best practices for paint preparation and application, performance in Orange paint booths, and the revolutionary Nitro Therm nitrogen paint and UV Fast Curing drying technology.

The Group's external sales promoters, Alcidene Cardoso and Evander Flores, were the speakers at the workshop. Alcidene emphasized that presentations like this greatly contribute to the national economy, stating, "These presentations strengthen the Group's interstate relationships and spread our knowledge throughout the country, promoting economic development. We bring technology and best practices to improve the performance of industries. It's gratifying to see our work being recognized throughout the country.".

According to Professor Jorge Kawasaki from Senai in Arapongas, the workshop offered by the ArpiAspersul Group is essential on a global level and promises to yield great results. He says, "The workshop was extremely important because it brought cutting-edge, globally recognized technology knowledge to the Arapongas Furniture Hub and the Senai Institute of Technology in Wood and Furniture in Arapongas." He also emphasizes, "This knowledge transmitted by Aspersul technicians will enable Senai to bring the discussion of a new concept applied to the furniture industry into the classroom, as well as the development of new innovation projects."“

The event was organized by the ArpiAspersul Group in partnership with Senai Arapongas, with support from Sayerlack Wood Solutions and the Arapongas Furniture Industry Union (SIMA). Later this year, the workshop will visit other regions of the country.

ArpiAspersul Group

Following the merger of the Aspersul, Arpi, Arply, and Orange brands in October 2015, the Arpiaspersul Group of Caxias do Sul became one of the major national forces in the development of solutions for industrial vacuuming, painting, and drying.

Fast Curing Box

The Fast Curing Box is a product from the ArpiAspersul Group's line of technologies and innovations, belonging to the Doxa Technologies company. Fast Curing is a revolutionary UV LED drying technology that provides curing in seconds. This innovation has applications for manual or industrial use. It can be adapted to special projects for a wide variety of industrial purposes. In addition to its high-benefit and differentiating drying time, Fast Curing is environmentally friendly as it does not emit ozone or contain mercury, and is solvent-free. It provides increased productivity, energy savings, and a longer lifespan compared to other drying technologies.

Nitrotherm

Technology already established in markets such as the USA, Asia, and Europe, arrives in Brazil through the ArpiAspersul Group. The product consists of equipment that generates nitrogen to be used in painting processes, replacing compressed air as a spraying element. The benefits of using this technology include increased productivity, cost savings, improved work quality, and environmental advantages.
