In processes where the painted part approaches the sides of the booth, overspray can adhere to the walls, compromising the cleanliness of the space and reducing its lifespan. The side water curtain acts precisely at this point: capturing particles that could otherwise settle on the sides and stain the booth structure. This not only preserves the equipment but also ensures that the paint maintains its quality and uniformity over time.
As with previous models, the double-barrier filtration technology combines the main water curtain, which retains overspray, with the progressive-density fiberglass filter, ensuring a clean finish and uniform application.
The floor advance complements this efficiency by directing waste to a water tank embedded in the floor, preventing paint buildup on the floor. This configuration can be installed in two ways, depending on the customer's needs:
- With civil works, allowing a level floor for greater ergonomics;
- No civil works, with access via a step.
The FL and FLT models are recommended for painting large parts and processes that require maximum quality in the finish.
