The Sanding Booth is the most complete solution for vacuuming and retaining particles generated during the sanding process, especially in applications with metallic/ferrous materials, ensuring a clean, safe factory environment that complies with labor and environmental standards. Through negative pressure and suction planes located on the underside of the floor, the booth retains up to 99.81 tf/3T of dust, preventing these residues from spreading, damaging equipment, or endangering the health of operators.
In addition to high-efficiency bag filtration, the system features automatic cleaning, activated by solenoid valves that deliver pulses of compressed air, extending the life of the filters and reducing maintenance costs. This configuration ensures linear exhaust and maximum efficiency in capturing light and suspended particles, for both manual sanding and grinding machines.
