This time, the spotlight came from our organizational culture, with the project Our Koria Way, recognized at the 30th edition of the 2026 HR Highlights of the Year Award, promoted by ARH Serrana – Associação Serrana de Recursos Humanos (Serrana Association of Human Resources), in the People Management Project category.
The award recognizes initiatives that contribute to the development of people management in organizations, acknowledging projects and practices that make a difference in the workplace.
