Aimed at assemblers, the Academic Week focuses on quality service and employee knowledge.
In its constant pursuit of improving work practices and knowledge for employees and external installers, the ArpiAspersul Group will host the 1st ArpiAspersul Group Academic Week, featuring training sessions, lectures, and courses for local teams and installers from all over Brazil. The events will take place from June 3rd to 6th at the company's headquarters in Caxias do Sul.
Thirteen installers from different regions of the country will be present throughout the week. In addition, sales and technical support teams from across the Group will also participate and conduct various training sessions aimed at further improving the service provided by the company.
According to Renato Valcarengh Nunes, Commercial Director of the ArpiAspersul Group, promoting this type of event is extremely important for the entire operation of the Group. He emphasizes: “When we make a sale, the installer is the person who has close contact with the client. Our installers are the front line of the company and should receive all the recognition for their work, as well as all the learning we can offer them.”.
On this occasion, the ArpiAspersul Group is launching the "A Academy" center, which will offer various continuing education courses and new knowledge for the company's internal audience.
