Arply invests in artificial intelligence system to improve customer relationships

The method, also used by NASA and Facebook, organizes profiles, predicts, and facilitates the purchase process.

Arply Filtros e Equipamentos para Pintura, together with the ArpiAspersul Group, presents an artificial intelligence and machine learning system that operates on its internal contact database, offering a personalized relationship to customers. The program, named "Happily Ever After" by the company, promises to organize customers by profiles resulting from an analysis of frequency, recency, and purchase value data. Based on these characteristics, the sales team will be able to identify the best approach and anticipate needs according to the pattern indicated by the software.

According to Pauline Casarotto, Commercial Manager at Arply, in many everyday situations salespeople offer the highest quality product but forget about cost-effectiveness. She emphasizes: "Our mission with 'Happily Ever After' is primarily to make our sales team recognize the real need and offer appropriate service to generate a complete solution for our client.".

For internal communication, the program, which offers a database, received a playful design to engage the team – mostly composed of women. During the creation process, each profile was named after a stage in a romantic relationship. Hence the name "Happily Ever After," which is an analogy to the creation of a happy and lasting relationship. Pauline recalls: "After all, every interaction at Arply is also a relationship," emphasizes the manager.

The artificial intelligence of the "Happily Ever After" program is developed using the GrowthBuy platform. With technology, algorithms, and intelligence for delivering relevant information, commercial and marketing strategies will be more precise and managed with visual and objective performance indicators. This ensures efficient and accurate decision-making, increasing customer loyalty, repeat purchases, conversion rates, and average order value. The analysis methods of the GrowthBuy platform are used by companies such as NASA, Google, and Facebook.
