We are looking for a communicative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented professional to work in customer service and portfolio development, contributing to sales growth in the area and excellence in commercial relationships.
Activities:
Customer service and portfolio maintenance;
Negotiating and closing sales;
Monitoring orders, goals, and indicators;
Recording information in the system and CRM;
Customer support and incident handling.
Requirements:
Completed high school education;
Experience in sales, preferably with B2B sales;
Experience with goals, commission structure, and recurring interactions;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial/CRM systems.
Differential:
Currently enrolled in or completed higher education in Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Format: CLT | On-site at the Head Office
Time: Monday to Friday, from 7:40 am to 5:28 pm, with a 1-hour break.
