To strengthen our Production team at our Araras/SP branch, Koria is seeking a professional to work as a Production Leader, contributing to the organization of team activities and the achievement of production goals.

Activities:
- Distribute and monitor the team's activities according to the production schedule, ensuring that daily goals are met;
- To guide operators and assistants regarding procedures, priorities, quality, and safety, while monitoring the execution of activities;
- Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and identifying development needs;
- To support setups, adjustments, material changes, and organization of production lines, contributing to operational efficiency;
- To monitor the quality of products and processes, guiding corrections and contributing to the reduction of rework and waste;
- To record and report incidents related to production, quality, safety, and maintenance, supporting the identification and correction of deviations;
- Train and mentor new employees, guiding them on operational procedures and best practices;
- To ensure the organization, cleanliness, and operational discipline of the sector, applying the 5S principles;
- To identify and support opportunities for improvement in production processes, contributing to increased productivity and reduced waste;
- Instruct the team on compliance with safety regulations and the correct use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Requirements:
- Completed high school education;
- Previous experience in production activities;
- Knowledge of team leadership;
- Knowledge in reading and interpreting drawings;
- Good communication, organization, and ability to lead teams.
Format: CLT | On-site at the Branch
Time: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Friday, departure at 4:00 PM. With a 1-hour break.
