We are looking for organized, communicative professionals with an analytical profile to work in customer service and project assembly follow-up.
Activities:
Customer service via phone and WhatsApp;
Opening and monitoring protocols in the CRM;
Planning and monitoring of installations;
Analysis of missing parts and warranty processes;
Negotiating assembly costs;
Sending proposals and documentation to clients;
Guidance and support for installers.
Requirements:
Completed technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field;
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Differential:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical, Production, Automation, or Electrical Engineering;
Knowledge of Focco, CRM, Solid Edge, and SolidWorks.
