{"id":10420,"date":"2026-09-08T11:29:38","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T14:29:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/koria.com.br\/?post_type=vaga&#038;p=10420"},"modified":"2026-09-08T11:29:38","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T14:29:38","slug":"lider-de-producao","status":"publish","type":"vaga","link":"https:\/\/koria.com.br\/en\/vaga\/lider-de-producao\/","title":{"rendered":"Production Leader"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To strengthen our Production team at our Araras\/SP branch, Koria is seeking a professional to work as a Production Leader, contributing to the organization of team activities and the achievement of production goals.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a leadership profile, are organized, communicative, and enjoy monitoring processes and developing people, this opportunity may be for you!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Distribute and monitor the team&#039;s activities according to the production schedule, ensuring that daily goals are met;<\/li>\n<li>To guide operators and assistants regarding procedures, priorities, quality, and safety, while monitoring the execution of activities;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and identifying development needs;<\/li>\n<li>To support setups, adjustments, material changes, and organization of production lines, contributing to operational efficiency;<\/li>\n<li>To monitor the quality of products and processes, guiding corrections and contributing to the reduction of rework and waste;<\/li>\n<li>To record and report incidents related to production, quality, safety, and maintenance, supporting the identification and correction of deviations;<\/li>\n<li>Train and mentor new employees, guiding them on operational procedures and best practices;<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the organization, cleanliness, and operational discipline of the sector, applying the 5S principles;<\/li>\n<li>To identify and support opportunities for improvement in production processes, contributing to increased productivity and reduced waste;<\/li>\n<li>Instruct the team on compliance with safety regulations and the correct use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed high school education;<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in production activities;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of team leadership;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in reading and interpreting drawings;<\/li>\n<li>Good communication, organization, and ability to lead teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Format:<\/strong> CLT | On-site at the Branch<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time:<\/strong> Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Friday, departure at 4:00 PM.
